EXERCISES
Exercise 1 : Quantify & Visualize Data
For this exercise we were told to create an infographic poster on a4 paper. We were given the option to choose between buttons or lego bricks to collect the data. I decided to choose the rose gold-colored buttons.
I counted all the buttons and started grouping them based on their size, the number of holes and the thickness of the borders on each button.
I decided on doing a simple design for the infographic poster.
Exercise 2 : L.A.T.C.H
For this exercise, we were told to apply the LATCH principles and create an infographic poster about pokemons. We had to create the poster digitally and I decided to use adobe illustrator to create my poster.
I first did some research on pokemon characters and I decided to choose jigglypuff, charmander, bulbasour, and squirtle.
I decided to create my poster using adobe illustrator, and I started with drawing a game boy.
I then decided to search for pokemon icons of their elements online.
